Step 7 :
Cap the Pec Dec Seat Support (22) with
one 2” Sq End Plug (60) and two 1” Round
End Caps (72). Attach the Pec Dec Seat
Support (22) to Base Frame (1) using two
1/2” x 1-1/4” Hex Head Bolts (80) and two
1/2” Washers (95).
Cap the Pec Dec Seat Arm (23) with two
1” x 2” Rect End Plugs (59). Attach the
Seat Pad (44A) to the Pec Dec Seat Pad
(23) using two 3/8” x 1/2” Hex Head Bolts
(87) and two 3/8” Wahsers (96). Insert
the Pec Dec Seat Arm (23) into the Pec
Dec Seat Support (22) and lock with the
Quick Release (70).
Stick the four Nonslips (65) to the Row
Plate (24). Attach the Row Plate (24) to
the Pec Dec Seat Support (22) by inserting
the Row Plate Roller (34) and securing it
with one 3/8” x 1/2” Sunken Head Screw
(91). Cap the Row Plate Roller (34) with
two 1” Round End Plugs (63).
