Flame-spreader crowns
For easier cleaning, the flame spreader crowns can be removed; wash them with
warm water and a non-abrasive detergent making sure to remove any encrustations
and wait until they are
perfectly dry

The burner pins

in the latter should be slid over the igniters and thermocouples

on the hob.

Igniters and thermocouples
For correct operation the igniters and thermocouples must always be perfectly clean.
Check them frequently and clean them with a damp cloth if necessary. Remove any
dry residues with a wooden toothpick or a needle.
