Maintenance and Inspection
For most suitable use of rotary table, regular inspection is required according to the operating condition.
Regular check
Check the following for periodic inspection
(1) Looseness of actuator mounting frame
(2) Check rotation operation.
(3) Check rotation angle and rotation position
(4) External and internal leakage.
(5) Looseness of stopper bolt, which is fixed by nut.
(6) Check movement of switch ON/OFF.
If any items are found during the inspection that require repairing or tightening, either tighten the loose
components or the rotary table must be replaced.
[Note: This item requires special tools, they cannot be disassembled. Please contact SMC for
maintenance.]
Interval of inspection
To use rotary table series MSQ in the best condition, please check once or twice a year.
