AL02: High circulating fluid discharge temp. [For air-cooled type]
<Detection method> This alarm goes off when the temperature sensor for the circulating fluid (for
discharge) detects 60
o
C or more.
AL22 is being generated.
1.
Is ambient temperature
out of the specification
range?
4.
Is the dustproof filter
too dusty?
2.
Is external load out of the
specification range?
3.
Is there enough
ventilation space?
5.
Check the circulating
fluid temperature sensor
(PT1).
This system cannot be used.

failure
Clean the dustproof filter.
6.
Check the circulating fluid
temperature sensor (PT1)
after it is replaced.
7.
Is flow rate of the circulating
fluid less than 5 L/min?
8.
Check the pump
performance.
9.
Is the circulating fluid
contaminated?

Have enough space for
maintenance as specified in
the Operation Manual.
Improve the environment for
installation space.
Connect a by-pass piping.
Replace the pump.
See section "4.5.3
Replacement of pump (For
standard pump)", and section
"4.5.4 Replacement of high
pressure pump".

10.
Check the pressure
sensor in the refrigerant
circuit.
11.
Check if refrigerant
leaks.
12.
After stopping the power
supply, does the same alarm goes
off again when the chiller
is restarted?
With
leakage
Repair the refrigerant circuit.
Only a specialized operator is
allowed to handle the
refrigerant circuit.

Replace the main board.
See section "4.5.16
Replacement of main board
& communication board".
Electronic expansion valve,
which is a part of the
refrigerant circuit, needs to
be replaced. Only a
specialized operator is
allowed to handle the
refrigerant circuit.
See document No. HRX-MM-
Q016 for replacement.
Clean the circulating fluid circuit.
Cleaning method: See a document No.
HRX-MM-S060
If contamination of the heat exchanger
cannot be removed by cleaning, the heat
exchanger, which is an evaporator and a
part of the refrigerant circuit, needs to be
replaced. Only a specialized operator is
allowed to handle the refrigerant circuit.
See document No. HRX-MM-Q014 for
replacement.
