PVR File System>Time Shift Size
– Please note Time Shift-Size and Always Timeshift have
been disabled, as they are known to cause issues with powering off USB’s as a way to protect
them. Please set the program schedule for longer to ensure recorded programs are recorded
appropriately for the entire duration and not affected by changes to program timings by the
network broadcasters.
PVR File System>Speed Check
– Check the speed for ensuring the memory device is well
connected and reads well
Once the PVR File System is set-up, please follow instructions below for recording via PVR
system.
Operations:
1.
Insert an external drive, with enough storage capacity
2.
Please set up the PVR File System
3.
Press
“EPG” on the remote control, choose the channel, which you would like to record in
the “Channel View”
4.
Press
“red button – for “Recording” and setting up the schedule. You can setup multiple
schedules, but they should not be overlapping
5.
Press
“EPG” on the remote control, and press the “yellow “button, for “Schedule”. It will
list all the scheduled programs. You can modify and/or delete the schedule
6.
When it
’s time to record, other source/s will stop and revert back to DTV channel being
recorded
