GPS functions options description

Show GPS co-ordinates
Shows the current GPS co-ordinates. The GPS co-ordinates will
be given in two formats.
1. A Format for use in a off the shelf GPS navigator. (format –
DDD MM.MMMM)
2. A URL format that is able to be pasted directly into a web
browser and view the position of the Serial GSM Gateway using
Google® Maps™.
If the Serial GSM Gateway is not able to get a GPS current
position, The last known GPS position will be shown.

Refresh GPS co-ordinates
Manually request the GPS module to recheck the GPS satellite
network for position information. The Serial GSM Gateway
performs this task automatically at preprogrammed intervals.

GPS antenna diagnostics
To check the GPS antenna is functioning correctly.
A voltage of >3500mV and current >10mA shows a good
antenna connection.

Reset GPS module
If a GPS position is not acquiring a GPS position and you are
sure the GPS antenna is installed and functioning correctly, you
can rest the GPS module. The reset will re-initalise the GPS
module.
