TROUBLE SHOOTING
If you have trouble operating in your camera, refer to the following.
PROBLEM
SOLUTION
No operating
●
Check if the power supply is AC24V.
●
Check if RS-485 communication cable is connected
correctly.
● Check camera ID setting.
● Check the termination.
No picture
●
Check if all the cables are connected correctly.
●
Check the monitor is adjusted correctly.
●
Check if video signal line is cut.
Dark screen
● Adjust the monitor status.
Abnormal camera
operation status
●
Check if the voltage level is out of the specification.
● Check the termination.
Screen not clear
●
Check if there is dust on a lens.
● Adjust the monitor status.
●
If excessive light is seen on a screen, change the
camera angle or location.
● Adjust the lens focus again.
