SHOUlDER STRAPS
The optimal set up depends on the height of the pilot. Stand upright while wearing the
harness and close the chest/leg straps. Now pull on the shoulder adjustment straps
symmetrically until they just begin to tighten.
This will ensure that the straps remain on your shoulders during flight.
Without load you can pull the splice adjustment against the direction of flight to shorten it.
You can release it by pulling on the line on the opposite side. Under load the adjustment
remains fixed. To ensure that the adjustment doesn’t slip when the straps aren’t loaded,
you can fasten them with line clips.
SIDE STRAPS
Straps on each side of your
RANGE X-ALPS allow you to make
three adjustments for your back and
are used to set the main angle for
your pelvis region.
lEADING EDGE OF THE SEAT HARNESS
Support for your thighs is adjusted in front area. The length can be adjusted by looping
the strap. We recommend here that you don’t pull too hard.
CHEST STRAP
The chest strap is hooked into the carabiners on the left and right sides.
The width can be shortened by looping the strap several times through the carabiners.
