Hydraulic Tank
(B)
WARNING
Environmental hazard. Immediately remove
gasoline, diesel fuel, engine oil, and hydraulic
fluid spills and leaks with rags. Discard these
rags in accordance with national, state/provincial/
territorial, and local regulations. Spilled fluids can
damage the environment. When spilled fluids go
into the water (for example, a sewage system,
streams, rivers, or other surface water), they can
kill aquatic life.

Make sure the hydraulic filler cap closes
tightly.
▪
Make sure there is no visible damage or
hydraulic leaks.

Hydraulic oil level

)
▪
B - Frequent/periodic/pre-delivery Inspection
▪
Make sure the platform is fully lowered.
▪
Do a check on the gauge on the
side
of the
hydraulic oil tank. The hydraulic oil level must
be at or a small distance above the top mark
of the gauge.
▪
C - Annual Inspection
▪
Do a check on the hydraulic oil for
contamination.
▪
Make sure the oil filter is in good condition.
▪
Replace the hydraulic oil and filters if
necessary.

lectrical components
(B)
▪
Do a check on these areas for chafed, corroded,
and loose wires:
▪
Base to platform cables and wiring harness
▪
Hydraulic and electrical wiring harnesses.

Hydraulic pump and motor
(B)
▪
Make sure there are no loose or missing
fasteners.
▪
Make sure there is no visible damage.

Manifolds
(B)
▪
Make sure all fittings and hoses are correctly
tightened.
▪
Make sure there is no indication of hydraulic
leakage.
▪
Make sure there are no loose wires or missing
fasteners.
▪
Make sure the manual valves on the manifold
move freely and make sure they are put back
to their initial positions.
