Risers
Scout for usual trike (about 80cm between risers) has the risers scheme
A3A’1B5C1D3 (on the picture). The risers are equipped with trimmer, that
increases the speed range of the glider. Trimmer travell is 6 cm. We recom-
mend to take off and to land with closed trimmers. Trimmer webbing is
removable - you may change it if it’s damaged.
Scout for aerochute trike (about 1500 cm between risers) has simple risers
1300 cm long, without trimmers.
In both variants Scout does not have accelerator.
You are not allowed to change the paraglider construction except adjusting
the brake lines, because it might lead to unpredictability in flying and make
the paraglider dangerous in certain flying situations.
