Hall effect sensor activation data frame
Whenever the SKIPLY magnetic badge is detected, Smilio S sends a data frame.
The frame format is:

AAAA = button 1 incremental counter value
BBBB = button 2 incremental counter value
CCCC = button 3 incremental counter value
DDDD = button 4 incremental counter value
EEEE = button 5 incremental counter value

incremental counter 1 hexadecimal value (=1 decimal value)
