Step 4
Assemble Wheels
For each wheel, place the wheel on the shaft
on an H shaped tube. Place a washer over the
thread and screw on a nut. Use 11/16 inch or
adjustable wrench to fully tighten the nut. If the
wheel is difficult to turn, loosen the nut a little.

Turn table saw over
Lift the H shaped tube until the saw is vertical.
Follow instructions in the Storage, Transporting
& Mounting Section to open or transport the
stand.

Assemble H shaped tube to short stand

Place the H shaped tube in the position shown
in figure C so that the holes at the end of the H
shaped tube line up with the holes in the short
stand tube. For each side, insert one 3.5 inch
carriage bolt through the outside of the H
shaped tube. Place a plastic spacer between
the short stand tube and the H shaped tube and
push the bolt through the spacer and the short
stand tube. Place a washer over the threads
and then screw on the nut. Use 1/2 inch or ad-
justable wrench to tighten. The nut should be
tight enough so that there are no gaps, but not
so tight as to prevent the bars from rotating. See
Fig. C.
