COMPUTER | USE
After activation of the computer you may select one of the following exercise modes with the „UP“ and
„DOWN“ buttons (and „ENTER“ for confirmation): (P = Programme)
• Manual programme P1
• Pre-programmed exercise with automatic tension level adjustment (P2 to P13)
• User defined exercise programmes (P14 to P17)
(required the input of detailed programme profiles, which will be saved)
• Pulse controlled training or target heart rate training (P18 to P22)
• Bodyfat measurement P23 (no exercise mode)
• Watt-controlled mode (P24)
You may now directly start to exercise (press „START/STOP“) or you may preset target values for the
functions TIME/DISTANCE/CALORIES or PULSE. When you are in preset mode, for example in the time
preset mode, time value is flashing. You may now press “UP or DOWN” button to adjust the value and
press “ENTER” for confirmation. The preset procedure of DISTANCE, CALORIES & PULSE is the same
as for TIME. If you do not want to preset any value for a specific function, just set it to 0.
If you input several target values the computer will make a beep sound and stop the exercise when you
reach the first one. If there is a preset value for PULSE, the computer will only beep and show a flashing
pulse value.
We now continue with explaining the different function buttons and functions before we explain the diffe-
rent training modes. You may come back to these pages at any time to doublecheck the several functions
and buttons.
The computer totally features 6 function buttons:
UP:
To select training mode and adjust values up. You may also adjust the resistance level (max. level 16)
with this button (e. g. in manual mode).
DOWN:
To select training mode and adjust values down. You may also adjust the resistance level (min. level 1)
with this button (e. g. in manual mode).
ENTER:
With this button you can confirm different settings. This button also is used for confirmation of a chosen
program or for setting target values. The specific function depends on the exercise mode chosen.
Press and hold this button for more than 3 seconds during an exercise pause to reset all values to 0.
