Preparing the device for welding
Preparing the device – MMA welding method
Preparing the device – MIG/MAG welding method
Preparing the device – FLUX welding method
Preparing the device – TIG welding method
1. Connect the current plug of the TIG electrode holder to the current socket on the front panel of the welding device.
2. Connect the current plug of the ground clamp to the current socket on the front panel of the welding device.
3. Connect the ground clamp to the workpiece or welding table.
4. Start the device with the power switch located on the rear panel of the device.
5. On the control panel, select and set the device according to the required parameters.
6. The device is ready for operaon.
1. Connect the welding gun to the EURO socket, remember to correctly install the wire spool beforehand, see the
"Installaon of the welding wire spool".
2. Connect the cylinder and reducer set (see "Gas cylinder connecon diagram") to the stub pipe on the back of the
device.
3. Connect the cable to determine the polarity of the EURO socket to the "+" pole.
4. Connect the current plug of the ground clamp to the current socket on the front panel of the welding device.
5. Connect the ground clamp to the workpiece or welding table.
6. Start the device with the power switch located on the rear panel of the device.
7. Straighten the welding gun as much as possible, lay flat on the ground (this will help to easily extend the wire). Use
the quick feed opon/buon to extend the wire beyond the other end of the welding gun. Shorten the wire to protrude
2-5 mm beyond the end of the gun.
8. On the control panel, select and set the device according to the required parameters.
9. The device is ready for operaon.
