Serial Ports
These ports provide full support of the handshaking lines and flow control, making it
possible to communicate through radio modems and other telemetry equipment. The pinouts
for these serial ports are shown below. Cable wiring is identical for all VersaTRAK and
Mini-VersaTRAK RS232 ports. Refer to the Plant Floor port cabling diagrams on the
previous page for wiring information. If you are connecting two RS232 RTUs in a passthru
configuration, refer to the diagram below.
