Connect the drawbar and
frame by means of the
strut (18). Insert it in hole
(O)
and fasten with
washer (19) and split pin
(20). Pull on the coupling
(B) to insert the strut in
hole (L). Hole (L) is used
for tedding, hole (M) is
for the swath position
and hole (N) for the
transport position.

Attach the hay guard
bracket (69) to the draw-
bar and fasten with pin
(25). To keep the bracket
from oscillating, attach
strut (67) with the spring
(68) and nut (39). Attach
the hay guard (64) using
the bolt (66) and nut (39),
and secure with pin (65)
and clip (8). Place cap
(10) on the end of the
hay guard.
