Switching on:
Please always ensure that the SISSEL
®
heating pillow is not bundled or folded when it is
in use.
The appliance may only be used with 230 Volts a.c.
Switch on the SISSEL
®
heating pillow using the hand-operated switch.
When switch on it has a 3 times beep
–beep –beep sound to ensure the user has operated
switch correctly.
Setting 0 = appliance off
Setting 2-3 = moderate warmth
Setting 1 = minimum warmth
Setting 4 = maximum warmth
3 colors LED:
Yellow/Green light indicates warming up.
Red light is a warning light: disconnect the SISSEL
®
heating pillow
from power
immediately!
Quick heating:
The SISSEL
®
heating pillow has a quick heating function that users can feel
the warmth within 7-10 minutes when turn on the switch at highest setting.
Timer function:
Now you can experience the pleasant warmth. After about 90 minutes the
SISSEL
®
heating pillow silently switches off automatically. In order to put the
heating pillow into operation again you must first set the switch to positon
‘0’.
After about 5 seconds you can switch on the SISSEL
®
heating pillow again.
Caution:
The electronic components inside the switch may lead to a slight warming of the switch
when the SISSEL
®
heating pillow is on. Therefore the switch must not be covered or placed
on top of the SISSEL
®
heating pillow when it is in operation.
You should not rely on using your hands to gauge the SISSEL
®
heating pillow temperature
because they are much less sensitive to heat than the surface of the rest of the human
body. A temperature, which may feel tepid to your hand, may feel unpleasantly hot on your
body.
