Raising the cutter bar
– Switch off the swimming position.
– Raise the cutter bar.
Lowering the cutter bar
–
Lower the cutter bar.
– Engage the floating position of the tractor arms.
– Adapt the driving speed to the
conditions.
6. Disconnecting the mower from the tractor
–
Release the pressure from the relief system when
in the transport position, namely when both
cylinders are in the initial position (1) (if the
pressure gauge shows 0bar, the system is already
depressurized).
– Pull both hydraulic cylinder chains (2) from their
holders and fix them in the holder on the hitch.
– Verify if the hydraulic relief chains (2) are outside
the area of the quick hitch.
– Uncouple the hydraulic pipe (3) and secure it with
the quick hitch guard and insert it into the storage
place on the hitch.
– Place the machine onto a level and firm surface.
– Loosen the elastic bands (4) and fasten them into
the first drill hole. For versions without the
conditioner also 8.
– Manually slide the protective canvas (5) in the area
of the quick hitch movement, to prevent damaging
the protective canvas.
– Remove the PTO shaft (6) and place it on the
curtain.
– Remove the quick hitch safety pin (8).
– Using the tractor hydraulics, release the front hitch
and move away with the tractor.
– Place the cardan shaft (6) on the holder (7).
