KEILRIEMENSPANNUNG UND
AUSTAUSCH (Bild 10)
Die 4 Keiriemen, die gleichzeitig als
Überlastungssiecherung dienen, dehnen sich
am meisten in den ersten Betriebsstunden.
Keilriemenspannung während des Einsatzes
ofters prüfen. Einstellmaß zwischen beiden
Riemenscheiben cca 15mm / Riemen.
Keilriemen- Spannungsvorgang: Hebel “A”
(Bild 10) lösen, Schraube “B” um einige
Umdrehungen abdrehen, Hebel “A” wieder
anspannen.
Keilriemen austauschen: Hebel “A” lösen.
Zugholm “C” und äusseren Keilriemenschutz
“D” abmontieren. Keilriemen austauschen,
Keilriemenschutz “D” und Zugholm “C”
wieder montieren.
VEE-BELT TENSIONING AND
CHANGING (fig.10)
The maize chopper is driven with 4 Vee-
belts.
V-belts are also used as a security device
against overcharging. It could hapend that
after the first hours of work Vee-belts slip.
In that case tighten them as follows:
With handle “A” (fig.10) release the tension
in Vee-belts. Then turn screw “B” and set the
crank “A” into the upper position.
After that you have to check the tension in
belts. Press a belt between pulleys with a
force of 150N with finger. The belt should go
down for app. 15mm.
To change the belts, release the tension in
belts by handle “A”, then remove the tow
hook “C” and the protection plate “D” by
unwinding the screws only on the outer side
of the side protection plate.
After the change and the tightening of the
belts, set back the protection plate and the
tow hook.
