B. EXCHANGING/CLEANING REMOVEABLE METAL SIEVE

In the Sinterit POWDER SIEVE, a Replaceable Metal Sieve is installed by default for powder PA12 SMOOTH. For the
other powders available in the Sinterit offer there are dedicated sieves suitable for.
•
It is higly recommended to clean the vibration module underneath the Removeable Metal Sieve regularly.
1. Disconnect the powder sieve from the power supply.
2. Holding the Lid handle, open it.
3. Vacuum/clean the top chamber (with Removeable Metal Sieve

) if necessary.
4. Unscrew 6 Allen screws around the Removeable Metal Sieve. Use the supplied Allen key

5. Remove the Removeable Metal Sieve.
6. Install a new one, or clean the vibration module and install the current Removeable Metal Sieve. Remember to tighten
the Allen screws firmly.
