Possible causes
Solutions
Previously programmed motor
stopped responding to LiveIn
command
LiveIn plug is no longer functionnal –
status of the LED is not solid green
Check your Wifi connection
See « wifi troubleshooting »
Motor is no longer functionnal
You can check it using another transmitter than LiveIn and see if the
motor works well;
If this is not the case, do maintenance on your motor.
Motor is out of range of LiveIn plug
Check your installation environment. Are there any new disrupters for
Simu-Hz communications?
=> Remove the disruptive elements
=> Move LiveIn plug closer to the motor checking the proper
functioning of the entire system
=> Start an installation with multiple LiveIn plugs
