Error on step 3 :
Your mobile device is not connected to
the correct WiFi network
In your mobile device settings, connect to the same
WiFi network as the plug and then reenter app
Error on step 4:
Flashing green LED
The WiFi password you typed is wrong
Restart the wizard from the beginning and ensure you
type the correct WiFi password in the app
The used WiFi network is not
compatible
Check network compatibility
(2.4 Ghz, cryptage standard WPA2)
Error on step 4:
Steady green LED
There is a WiFi issue (“client to client”
communication issue)
1) Wait for the communications to recover
2) Restart the wizard if more than 5 mns waiting
3) Contact the network provider if the problem persists
