The WiFi network on which your mobile device is connected is not the same as
the LiveIn’s
Ø
Access mobile device’s network settings and make sure that it is connected to
the same network as the LiveIn’s = your home WiFi network
Ø
Unless the network is the mobile devices default, it will not always automatically rejoin
Ø
Join the right network and then return on the LiveIn app; auto configuration
process will continue.
3. LiveIn installation
If you know that the network of LiveIn plug is not your default one , don’t
wait for the error message and go to your mobile device’s settings to
choose the right network
