Setup Procedure
Steps to Perform

Uncrating
❏
Remove Crate & Banding.
❏
Place Transmission Release Lever in PUSH position & Roll
Tractor forward off skid.
(Note: You may want to assemble
the steering wheel at this time.)

Battery Activation &
❏
Charge the Battery
(Note: proceed with other setup steps
Installation
while battery is charging).
❏
Test Battery with hydrometer or load-tester.
❏
Install & secure Battery.

Tractor Assembly
❏
Assemble the Steering Wheel
(Note that the thick spoke
faces the seat.)
❏
Assemble the Seat.
❏
Check the Seat Switch connection.

Check Fluid Levels
❏
Fill & check Engine oil level.
❏
Check Transmission fluid level.
❏
Reduce & check Tire Pressures
(Front tires 15 psi, Rear tires 6-8 psi).

Mower Assembly
❏
Install deflector.
❏
Torque mower blades.
❏
Attach mower Hitch & Leveling Rod.
❏
Set Gauge Wheels.
❏
Install Mower Deck onto Tractor and Attach Belt.
❏
Level Mower Deck (Side-to-side & Front-to-back).

Lubrication
❏
Lubricate all grease & oil points.

SAFETY CHECKS
❏
Check for LOOSE HARDWARE.
❏
Check all OPERATOR CONTROLS.
❏
Check DASH SAFETY LIGHTS.
❏
Test PARKING BRAKE.
❏
Perform MOWER BLADE STOPPING CHECK.
(Blade must stop within 5 seconds!)
❏
Perform SAFETY INTERLOCK SYSTEM CHECK.

Burnish Electric Clutch
❏
Burnish Electric Clutch
(run for 15 seconds, repeat 10
times).
❏
Repeat MOWER BLADE STOPPING CHECK.
(Blade must stop within 5 seconds!)
