Technical characteristics
POS. COMPONENT
DESCRIPTION
1
Collector frame
With aluminium profile (Al Mg Si 05).
2
Rear cover
Made of 0.4 mm-thick galvanised steel with elastic EPDM seal.
3
Copper-tube tubular battery
Features optimal intersections and thickness. The ends are perforated with upward discharge for optimal adap-
tation of the collectors and for preventing pressure drops. Distance between tubes = 107 mm (EN 1652).
4
Single-surface absorber
Made of 0.3 mm-thick selective aluminium that covers the entire surface of the window as well as the delivery
and return pipes, thus increasing the collector’s absorption power, welded to the battery with laser welding.
5
High-density thermal
insulation
Consisting of a 50 mm-thick (rear) and 20-mm-thick (sides) layer of glass wool for maximum reduction of
heat losses. Thermal conductivity of the glass wool insulation: λ=0.035 W/m grd (DIN 56612, measured at
0°C).
6
Mistlite tempered solar glass
Features a constant expansion coefficient and high luminous transmittance, it can withstand adverse weather
conditions (for example hail storms, extreme temperature fluctuations, etc.). ANSI Z 97-1 (U.S.A.) BS 6206
(GREAT BRITAIN) DIN 52337 (GERMANY).
INCLINED SURFACE
FLAT SURFACE
Galvanised steel base support
system for installation on flat
or inclined surfaces.
