Before use
Remove all packaging material before use.
It is important to clean the product before first
use or if it has not been used for a long peri-
od of time. See the “Care And Cleaning” sec-
tion for more information.
It is essential that the product is descaled at
regular intervals to maintain optimum steam
and extend the life of the unit. See the “Des-
caling” section for more information.
During the first use, you may notice some
smoke / vapour emitting from the rear of the
main unit

. It is normal as grease is usually
applied on some parts of the product during
the manufacturing process. After serval use of
the product, it will no longer occur. This is not
dangerous and will not contaminate or fla-
vour food during use.

Initial setup
