Range: 0-31 - vdd_thresh = (30 + THRESH)/20. Default 2.7V
0 = 1.52 V
31 = 3.13 V

0x0 = Packet format is generic, no dynamic reprogramming of packet handler properties.
0x1 = Packet format is IEEE802.15.4g compliance.
POWER_MODE - default:0
0 = High performance mode for RX and TX. RX current = 13 mA.
1 = Low power mode for RX and TX. RX current = 10 mA.
