Intended use
The FMP1 measurement amplifier may only be used for the conversion, evaluation and dis-
play of readings from force sensors or load cells. The connected sensors must fulfil the
specifications of the available input.
Furthermore, only devices that fulfil the specifications of the available output may be con-
nected.
The device may only be used for panel mounting.
WARNING! No safety component!
The FMP1 measurement amplifier is not a safety components in accordance with Direc-
tive 2006-42-EC (Machine Directive).
Never use the FMP1 as a safety component.
WARNING! Improper use.
Do not use with an explosive atmosphere, flammable gases or corrosive gases.
Never use the FMP1 measurement amplifier in surroundings with an explosive at-
mosphere, flammable gases or corrosive gases.
The operational safety of the device supplied is only guaranteed by intended use. The speci-
fied limits (
§ 10 "Technical Data") may under no circumstances be exceeded.
