If you do not have a zero air filter,
disconnect the outlet tube from the small
inspection nozzle (A) and connect the free
end of the tube to a locking plug (B).
Instead of the inlet adapter (C), a zero air
filter can be screwed on directly at the
measuring cell inlet.

Wait until the measuring cell has been
vented by the purge air and then check
the reading.
The reading must now recede to less than
0.001 PLA.
If this is not the case, the optics of the
measuring cell need to be cleaned.
Contact your service partner.
12.
Reconnect the outlet tube to the small
inspection nozzle.
13.
Loosen the knurled nut (A) on the
checking rod and then press in the pin (B).
Now you can pull the checking rod out of
the protective sleeve.
14.
Insert the checking rod into the
photometer. The pin (C) must snap into
the groove (figure).
Turn the checking rod clockwise to the
stop and re-tighten the knurled nut (A).
15.
Wait until a
stabile reading is
displayed
