Warning messages and effect on operation
Warnings indicate an unusual state.
WARNINGS
If a warning occurs during operation, it has the follow-
ing effects:
The system continues to operate; however, the
measuring results must be carefully evaluated. The
cause of the warning message should be remedied
at the next possible opportunity.
When the cause of the warning has been reme-
died, it is automatically deleted.
When the
Warning
message
occurs, the color of
the status display changes to
orange
and the
warning text describes what the warning is about.
Example:
WARNING S2
CALIBRATION.
The following warning messages can be displayed:
WARNING
DESCRIPTION
POSSIBLE CAUSES
V IN
The input voltage is outside
the permitted range (18-30
VDC).
The service voltage is faulty.
ADJUSTMENT
The adjustment of the Aqua-
Scat 2 could not be per-
formed.
The instrument is soiled.
The set point for the adjust-
ment does not match the value
of the medium.
CURRENT 1.. 4 (8)
Current output 1.. 4 (8) is dis-
turbed.
Terminals open.
Interruption of the current loop
of the reading output.
FLOW

Scat 2 WTM
A flow rate fault is signaled
via a digital input.
Flow rate incorrect.
VENTILATOR
The fan does not reach its
nominal speed.
Fan is defective.
WATCHDOG
The internal error monitoring
has been actuated.
The program has been re-
started.
Program crash.
MEASURE
Measuring problem with
Hamilton sensor.
Temperature or measuring val-
ues are unstable or outside the
permitted range.
CALIBRATION
Calibration problem with
Hamilton sensor.
Calibration recommended.
Last calibration not successful.
Oxygen: replace cap.
