Argument:

<vid>: vlan ID, range from 1 to 4094
<name>: tag-vlan name
<range>: vlan group members, syntax 1,5-7, available from 1 to 24
<#>: sym/asym vlan setting. 1: symmetric vlan, 0: asymmetric vlan
