3.9 OPTION «WATERFALL»
This option displays signal spectra changes in time and
looks like signal amplitude color projection on frequency-time plane.
Red color – maximum signal level. Blue – minimal.
This indication form helps to identify signalsб emitting
with different frequency and time (pseudorandom adjustment of
operating frequency PAOF). On picture BLUETOOTH standard
signal connection is shown, it can be classified as PAOF.
Selection of this option is done by pressing
and
buttons.
Color spectrum setup is done by regulating signal level in spectrogram window by
and
buttons.
When working in this mode it is recommended to turn off averaging by pressing
and
selecting «OFF» line.
Maximum waterfall update speed is done with 10MHz band or lower. Minimum, respectively, in
«FULL RANGE» mode.
Cursor measurements in this option is not intended.
