The Field ID is the code that must precede the length and
contents of the field when the MTP packets are assembled.
MT_SUM_REQ Request summary
This message triggers the
modem to send
MT_SUM_REG_IND
for a
particular engine.
MT_ALM_RST_IND Latched alarm reset
This resets a dig tal input
alarm and de-activates the
fast rate timer. See “Alarm
acknowledgement” on
page 57.
