The MP 555 GPS modem is capable of reporting position and
heading information (using the embedded GPS module) as
well as reporting the status of sensors, gauges, and alarms
connected to the modem’s I/O port. The MP 555 GPS is
typically installed in a fleet of vehicles with the GPS and or I/O
data being sent to a central office or dispatch location for
