SECTION 13
Decommissioning VersiCharge
Decommissioning of a charger is recommended when there is transfer of ownership (sale) or replacement
of new Wi-Fi module. However, it may be necessary to decommission the VersiCharge during
troubleshooting. This may be necessary in order to allow the charger to connect to the VersiCharge Cloud
from a different Wi-Fi network. Disconnect/decommission the charger from the VersiCharge SG Cloud
Portal:
• Navigate to the cloud portal.
• Go to the Settings > EV Chargers web page. Note the name of the charger you want to decommission
and the “X” to the right of the charger’s name.
• Click on the X at the end of the line (to the right) displaying the charger name.
• Select Okay in the dialogue popup. The charger is now disconnected and may be connected to a new
Wi-Fi
network.
NOTE:
if the VersiCharge is not seen by the cloud, it is not communicating with the cloud and
cannot be decommissioned.
