Transport and handling
Transport to the site of installation
(technical room, board room, etc.) is the
first operation after the assembly.
It is possible a special agreement between
panel builders and user, if the service
conditions are different to “Normal
service conditions” CEI EN 61439-1,
paragraph 7.1.
Truck forks are the mediums to raise the
panels.
Base corners of SIVACON S4 and
ALPHA system permit the base lifting.
Two frames are the maximum number for
a simultaneous transport. The side parts
of base corners are not suited to transport
and handling activities.
• Handling the units from the top (crane,
ropes or wire ropes),
SIVACON S4 and ALPHA System provide
eyebolts and cross-beams.
With lifted panels from the top, width
and depth must be maximum 1,2 m.
Another important warning concerns the
inclination of the wire ropes: the angle
formed by the latter must not exceed 45°.
