Cleaning 

The flowmeter's access door seal is removable for quick and easy cleaning. 

 

CAUTION 

 

Spraying the load cell directly with high pressure may damage the load cell. 

 

Spare parts 

The following are the recommended spare parts. As each may be available in more than one 

option, consult Siemens Milltronics for assistance in ordering spare parts. In all correspondence 

please quote the serial number of the unit for which the parts are required.

Replacing a load cell 

Remove the load cell/sensing plate assembly from the housing for replacement or maintenance: 
1.

 

Remove the access cover and secure access door. 

2.

 

Dis-connect the load cell. 

3.

 

Hold the load cell by the upper cross piece. 

4.

 

Remove load cell mounting screws (2 places), and then lift load cell/sensing plate assembly 

out of the housing. The cable will need to be pulled through the conduit (if installed) and any 

cable glands that prevent removing the assembly.
