Acknowledgment of Commands to LOCAL/REMOTE/DIGSI

The acknowledgment of indications with source of command LOCAL/REMOTE/DIGSI are sent back to the ini-
tiating point independent of the routing (configuration on the interface).

The acknowledgment of commands is thus not effected via a response as in the case of a local command but 
via the normal command and feedback logging.
