Setting the lubrication times
CAUTION
Setting the wrong lubrication time
The lubrication time is heavily influenced by the resistance in the lubricant channels and the ambient temperature.
Check the actual lubrication time during operation.
The actual lubrication time is the time it takes for the lubricator to be completely emptied. It is influenced by the resistance in
the lubricant channels and the ambient temperature.
At ambient temperatures of -10° C, the actual lubrication time is double the set lubrication time.
At ambient temperatures of +40° C, the actual lubrication time drops to approximately half the set lubrication time.

Procedure
1.
Set the lubrication time with a 3 mm Allen key.
2.
Note the date of commissioning and the lubrication time on the lubricator.
