Risk of electric shock!
Switch off the mains volt-
age supply immediately if
a fault occurs (DE05101M,
DE06101M, DE06111M,
DE08101M, DE08111M)
or disconnect the plug
from the mains supply
(DE04101M, DE10104M).
Immediately shut off the
cold water supply to the
appliance should it leak.

The appliance may only
be connected and put into
operation by a qualified
professional.
■
In order to avoid potential
sources of danger, repairs
and maintenance may only
be undertaken by a suitably
qualified specialist.
■
Shut off the water supply be-
fore connecting the appliance.
The electrical connection must
be disconnected from the
mains supply. Unscrew the
fuse or switch off the circuit
breaker.
■
Never open the appliance
without disconnecting the
power supply beforehand.
■
Only connect the continuous-
flow heater to a cold water
line.
■
Connect the water supply first,
circulate water through the ap-
pliance and then connect the
electrical supply.
■
Observe the statutory regula-
tions as well as the connection
regulations of the electrical
and water utility companies.
■
Compliance with the
IEC60364-7-701
(DIN VDE 0100 Part 701) must
be observed during installa-
tion of the appliance or the
electrical accessories.
■
During installation, an all-pole
separator must be fitted with a
minimum contact gap of 3 mm.
