For the 9x cross-beam option of a device with 10 mm beam separation, the minimum
object width MOW is 26% of the sensing range in the MOW2 range. If the sensing range
is, for example, 1,000 mm, the infinitely thin object must be at least 260 mm wide in
order to be reliably detected in the MOW2 range. The table below contains the MOW
data depending on the set cross-beam option and the beam separation of each range.
