MODEM Use IRQ
This item determines the IRQ in which the MODEM can use.
The choice: 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, N/A.
Doze Mode
When enabled and after the set time of system inactivity, the CPU clock will run at slower
speed while all other devices still operate at full speed.
Standby Mode
When enabled and after the set time of system inactivity, the fixed disk drive and the
video would be shut off while all other devices still operate at full speed.
Suspend Mode
When enabled and after the set time of system inactivity, all devices except the CPU will
be shut off.
** PM Events **
PM events are I/O events whose occurrence can prevent the system from entering a power
saving mode or can awaken the system from such a mode. In effect, the system remains
alert for anything occurs to a device whidch is configured as
On
, even when the system is
a power down mode.
HDD Power Down
When enabled and after the set time of system inactivity, the hard disk drive will be
powered down while all other devices remain active.
Suspend Mode Option
When enabled and after the set time of system inactivity, all devices except the CPU will
be shut off.
Throttle Duty Cycle
This item determines the duty cycle for the clock control thermal throttling mode. The
duty cycle indicates the percentage of time while in the thermal throttle mode. The
settings between 12.5% and 87.5%.
PCI/VGA Act-Monitor
If this item is set to Enabled, the VGA activity event will be monitored to reload global
timer.
Soft-Off by PWRBTN
When Enabled, turning the system off with the on/off button places the system in a very
low-power-usage state, with only enough circuitry receiving power to detect power button
activity or Resume by Ring activity.
Power On By Ring
This item determine the system will resume by activating of modem ring.
