disk drive is an IDE drive, select
Detect Master

Detect Slave
from the Utility section of the WinBIOS
Setup main menu to allow WinBIOS to automati
cally detect the IDE drive parameters and report them
on this screen.
Using Auto Detect Hard Disk (Only for IDE
drives)
If you select
Detect Master
and
Detect Slave
from
the Utility section of the WinBIOS Setup main menu,
Win BIOS automatically fmds the IDE hard disk drive
parameters. WinBIOS places the hard disk drive pa
rameters that it finds in the Drive Type fields in Stan
dard Setup.
