ST SERIES
REASSEMBLING THE ENGINE
❱❘ Kick shaft assembly
•
Fit the shaft [1] and its spring so that the slide
[2]
comes against the stop of the housing
[3]
.
•
Put the retaining plate
[4]
and tighten the
screw
[5]
M6 to 10Nm.
❱❘ Primary transmission and clutch
•
Place the half-moon key in its housing. Apply
loctite 243 to the thread.
•
Thread the gear, the washer and the nut on the
crankshaft tail.
•
Thread the washer onto the primary shaft
[1]
•
Place the idler gear
[2],
making sure to put the
lower and upper washers in place and then hold
it with its circlip.
