Begin Calibration

The unit temperature must be stable in order to perform an accurate calibration.
•
The incubator must run for at least 8 hours prior to conducting a calibration.
•
The temperature is considered stabilized when the incubator has operated with the door
closed at your calibration temperature for at least 1 hour with no fluctuations greater than the
specified stability of the unit (see page 56).

Suggested Temperature Calibration

Once the incubator temperature has stabilized, compare the
reference device and incubator temperature display readings.
•
If the readings are the same, or the difference
between the two falls within the acceptable range of
your protocol, the display is accurately showing the
incubation chamber air temperature.

complete
