GRATIN (AC-2)
Courgette-Pasta-Gratin
Ingredients:
500 ml
water
1/2 tsp
oil
80 g
macaroni noodles
400 g
tinned tomatoes, chopped
3
onions (150 g), chopped finely
basil, thyme, salt, pepper
1 tbsp
oil to grease the dish
450 g
courgettes, sliced
150 g
sour cream
2
eggs
100 g
grated Cheddar cheese
Procedure:
1. Put water, oil, and salt in a bowl and cover with
a lid.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on HIGH power.
2. Break the macaroni noodles into small pieces
and add them to the water. Stir and allow to
soak.
Cook for 9-11 minutes on MEDIUM LOW
power.
Drain the macaroni and arrow to cool.
3. Mix the tomatoes with the onions and season
well. Grease the gratin dish (round, 26 cm).
Add the macaroni and pour over the tomato
sauce. Place the courgette slices on top.
4. Mix eggs and sour cream and pour over the
dish. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Place
the gratin on the low rack.
Cook on
AUTO COOK AC-2
“Gratin” (1.5 kg).
5. After cooking, let the food stand, wrapped in
aluminium foil, for approx. 5 minutes.
CAKE (AC-3)
Sunken Cherry Cake
Ingredients:
1 tsp
butter or margarine to grease the
spring form
200 g
butter
200 g
sugar
3
eggs
200 g
flour
1 tsp
baking powder
1 glass
morello cherries (350 g)
Procedure:
1. Grease the spring form (28 cm).
2. Allow the butter to soften in a mixing bowl.
Heat for 1/2-1 minute on MEDIUM HIGH power.
3. Add sugar and stir until it has completely
dissolved and no longer sounds crunchy.
Add the eggs one by one and mix well. Mix the
flour with baking powder and add it spoonful
into the mixture.
4. Drain the cherries in a sieve.
5. Place the dough in the spring form and smooth
out. Arrange the cherries evenly on top. Place
the cake tin on the low rack and put a saucer
between the low rack and the tin.
Cook on
AUTO COOK AC-3
“Cake” (1.1 kg).
6. After cooking, remove and stand for approx.
10 minutes.
