CAKE (AC-3)
Apple pie
Ingredients:
90 g
butter or margarine
90 g
sugar
1 packet
vanilla sugar
1 tbsp
lemon peel
1 pinch
salt

flour
1/2 packet
baking powder

medium-sized apples
lemon juice
50 g
sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
50 g
raisins soaked in rum
1
egg yolk
1 tbsp
milk
Procedure:
1. Beat butter for about half a minute at a high speed
until creamy.
2. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon peel and salt and
mix well until the mixture is creamy. Add the eggs
one by one. Mix the flour with baking powder and
fold into the mixture.
3. Place 2/3 of the dough in the spring form with
lined greaseproof paper (28 cm).
4. Peel the apples, cut into fourths and core. Cut into
slices and sprinkle with lemon peel. Mix with
sugar and cinnamon and leave for about 10
minutes. Add raisins and spread the mixture onto
the dough.
5. Mix the remaining dough with 50 g flour and roll
out to the size of the spring form. Place over the
apple filling and press downwards. Prick the
surface of the dough several times with a fork.
6. Beat the egg yolk with the milk and coat the
surface of the dough.
7. Place the cake tin on the low rack and put a saucer
between the low rack and the tin.
Cook on
AUTO COOK AC-3
“Cake” (1.1 kg).
8. After cooking, remove and stand for approx.
10 minutes.

Carrot cake
Ingredients:

sugar
250 g
carrots, finely grated
one lemon juice
250 g
ground almonds
80 g
flour
1 tbsp
baking powder
5
egg whites
Procedure:
1. Line the spring form (28 cm) with greaseproof
paper.
2. Beat egg yolks and sugar with a hand mixer until
creamy. Add carrots, lemon juice and almonds.
Mix flour with baking powder, add to the mixture
and stir thoroughly.
3. Beat egg whites until stiff and add carefully.
Fill the mixture in the spring form, place the cake
tin on the low rack and put a small saucer
between the rack and the tin.
Cook on
AUTO COOK AC-3
“Cake” (1.1 kg).
4. After cooking, remove and stand for approx.
10 minutes.
