(This procedure requires a 4" or greater phillips head screwdriver)
. Disengage the power supply to the unit.
2.
Open the drawer and keep it open.
3. Remove the top cover and right side cabinet.
4. Unhook wiring connector to Auto Drawer Gear motor
.
5. Remove the (3) screws holding the auto drawer gear to the bottom cavity angle (Fig. G-1).
6. Disengage (pull) Auto Drawer Gear motor from rack gear (careful not to touch PWB).
7. The Auto Drawer Gear motor is now free.
Installation:
. Proceed in reverse to reinstall the Auto Drawer Gear motor taking care that the gear teeth are set into the cavity angle
correctly before tightening screws (careful not to touch PWB)
.
. Follow the Microwave Drawer disassembly as previously stated above.

Open the drawer and keep it open.
3. To discharge the high voltage capacitor, wait for 60 seconds.
4. Remove the Microwave Drawer by following steps under "DRAWER SUPPORT ANGLE REMOVAL".
5. Remove the (3) screws holding the Rack Gear to the bottom slide rail
(Fig. G-2).
6. With the bottom slide rail off, locate tab holding Oil Damper and remove, then replace with new one
(Fig. G-3).
7. Proceed in reverse to reinstall the new Rack Gear. and/or Oil Damper.
