BUSY : Appears during the execution of a calculation.
W-VIEW : Indicates that the WriteView editor is selected.
M : Indicates that a numerical value is stored in
the independent memory (M).
/ : Indicates the mode of expression for results in
CPLX mode.
ENG/SCI/FIX/N2/N1 : Indicates the notation used to
display a value and changes by SET UP
menu.
N1 is displayed on-screen as “NORM1”,
and N2 as “NORM2”.
BEFORE USING THE CALCULATOR
When using for the fi rst time, press the RESET switch
(on the back), with the tip of a ball-point pen or similar
object.
Adjusting the Display Contrast

Power On and Off
