Your oven can be used as a conventional oven using the
convection facility which has10 pre-set oven temperatures.
During convection cooking, hot air is circulated throughout
the oven cavity to brown and crisp foods evenly. Preheating
is recommended for better results.
* Suppose you want to cook for 20 minutes at 250°C.
CONVECTION COOKING
The temperatures available in °C are:
40°C, 100°C, 130°C, 160°C, 180°C,
190°C, 200°C, 220°C, 230°C, 250°C.

Enter desired cooking time.

Select desired temperature by
pressing the
CONV. (°C)
key
(for 250°C press once).
3.
Press the
INSTANT COOK/
START
key.
The timer begins to count down.
Check the display.

Warning:
Accesible parts (e.g. oven door, oven cavity, dishes and accessories) will become hot when in use. To prevent
burns, always use thick oven gloves.
Helpful Hints:
For the best cooking results please closely follow the steps in the operation manual/cookbook. For your
convenience a selection of popular menus have been preprogrammed into the oven.
NOTE: Manual convection cooking:
This oven generates fan forced, high speed, hot air for more efficient operation.
During manual convection cooking, the cavity temperature may differ from the displayed level.
Depending on the temperature selected, the microcomputer may adjust the temperature of the heater elements
to prevent the high speed hot air from overcooking the outside of the food. When converting conventional recipes,
simply enter the same cooking time & temperature as specified in the recipe, your Sharp high speed oven will
adjust the temperatures accordingly to achieve the same result.
